Hradčany
It's taken on the pathway walk up to the Hradčany castle. It was taken in October last year, when I visited Prague with my girlfriend for a few days. The light was beautiful all day, the trip was very exciting, and the setting very romantic. I was struck by the contrast between the violin player and the large empty area around him. I also felt that the lantern was a beautiful motif that gave the whole frame a nice balance.

The old town square of Prague is a real gem in Prague. I spent three whole days in exploring the city.Instead of showing the city in normal perspective, I crop the photo on top and bottom, and it looks great!

Powder Tower Prague
We were amazed by the utter beauty of Prague. We arrived late on a Friday with no hotel reservations. The first 3 hotels were full (we almost paniced). We got the last 2 rooms at Hotel Paris. www.hotel-pariz.cz/ It's a lovely hotel and is only steps away from the Powder Tower (shown in picture above). Hotel Paris is a fine example of art nouveau architecture. I highly recommend the hotel if you find yourself in Prague and need a nice place to stay.
